Message from the Director

It gives me immense pleasure and pride to welcome you to Shining Star Public School. When we opened our doors in 1980 with just 36 students, our aim was simple: to bring quality education to the families of Rawalpindi, within our own cultural and moral framework, at a cost they could afford.

More than four decades later, that aim has not changed. Our campuses provide computer labs, a fully equipped science lab, a library and the teaching materials that good learning needs, and our teachers work every day to help each child grow in knowledge and in character. That commitment shows in our students, most recently in a first position in the Federal Board Matric examinations of 2025.

Our motto, Ilm o Amal (knowledge and action), reminds us that education is measured not only by what our students know, but by what they do with it. We believe every child has the right to education, and we will keep widening our reach so that meaningful, accessible and affordable education is open to every family we serve.

I invite parents, teachers and well-wishers who share this belief to join us in this cause.
